Well I sorta fixed it, I just used console to change the settings.

Each time I attempt to change graphic settings that require me to confirm, (Resolution, Anti-Aliasing, Screen Size etc.) it freezes my whole pc, this only seemed to come up after putting in T4M, so it may not be its fault, but it seems that way. If anyone knows a fix for this it would be GREATLY app...

Ruined my World at War.. no longer able to change graphics settings it just freezes my whole pc..
