Pretty easy to get there if you open some parts of the Map. Hint: The Barrels from the spawn area where you can see Speed Cola

I couldn't find the whole scene, but in this scene he stabs himself in the throat and coughs up blood and then breaks his own neck with the knife and then sprays blood all over the kids in his class.

I couldn't find a GIF of it but in this scene this guy gets his eyeball ripped out. while hes awake. and you get too see everything from the blood squirting to the tendon snapping. Delicious

I know it is your first map. And for that it is ok.
I mean a boxmap... I dont want to judge you.
But as the others said everyone can make one.
Try to make something what never has been done before.
 You will come up with an idea, and when not then the
UGX-Forum has a page where you can get ideas of.
But overall it is an ok map.
Dont let yourself down you can do much better
