The volumes are all good so is the sun volume aswell but this is just weird af

So before you say this I have the correct sun volume as it surrounds the entire map but I made a basement in a house and on the stairs just becomes black and when I go down the stairs my entire vision goes black and even if I shoot you can't see the muzzle flash someone help me plz!!!
