So, if you guys didn't know, Bahngo made a Verruckt remaster, and it no longer works, because the codename for it was zm_asylum. Apparently, BO3 PC got an update, and now his map gets overwritten by the Zombies Chronicles Verruckt remaster that shares the same in-game codename. So I figured I'd dick around with the mod tools by guessing the codenames for the rest of the maps, and sure enough, I acquired every single one.

My question is... are these maps already in the game, or just these menu cosmetics?
Either way, these are officially the codenames for all the BO3 ZC maps, so enjoy.

UNRECOVERABLE ERROR:
LoadFx: no fxdef specified for fx placed in Radiant

Linker will now terminate.

Checked my Entity List, went through my prefabs, and I can't find a single thing to fix this error.
All empty boxes have been deleted, yet I'm still getting this error.

EDIT: Fixed.

So, I'm currently working on two maps at the moment. Die Untoten Dunkelheit is a side project, but this is the project I wanted to initially begin all along to be honest, so all of my focus is going into this.

"The Prototype" is a remaster of Nacht Der Untoten.
"But, there's already too many remakes of this map. Ugggh"
I'm already well aware, and I don't care for any of them so far. That's why I'm doing my own.

New photos! 4/3/2017 - This map is not dead.
TAKE A L@@K

I'm hoping to give this map a solid WaW feel. Eventually, if I can, I will be including the classic guns.

So, I decided to get into mapping. After playing a lot of maps from UGX for almost a year. The release of BO3 Mod Tools convinced me to waltz on over to custom-map-making side of this community.

I just started, so don't expect anything mindblowing right now. I do however, plan on gaining as much experience possible throughout my sort of 'journey' as I become more familiar with the tools, since I've got a lot of great ideas that I'm sure many will enjoy in the near future. Any ways...

Story:
Four WWII soldiers find themselves on a classified objective somewhere in Berlin. There's been sightings of suspicious activity around this area, and the vets have been sent out to scout the area, only to find themselves trapped inside a bunker of the damned.

Details:
- The map pays a homage to Nacht
- Perks will be available in this map
- Power Switch must be activated
- Two Easter Egg songs
- Currently unsure about custom weapons at the moment

Scripters will be needed

Does anyone by chance know where the text files are located for the level display name?
The map currently loads by its core name in-game (Which is fine for now any ways), but I'd like to know where that is for later down the road nevertheless, so that I could display the proper map name, map description, selection/loading screen image, etc.

Many thanks!

Something awesome I'd genuinely love doing is a 1-on-1 Nacht der Untoten remaster in the BOIII engine.
Just a bit curious as to if it's actually possible to port the WaW map and begin detailing from there, or would it be better to make the map from scratch?

I've tried putting in terminal from MW2 by file>open map, and I've also tried right clicking>misc>prefab, but I either have to abort the error, or radiant stops working. I'm completely unfamiliar with zombie modding, so if I sound stupid, I apologize.

Background:
I've actually been on the forum for quite some time now, and never realized that this page existed.
Without further ado.. my name is Kenneth, preferably Ken, and I live south in the USA. I'm eighteen and currently employed at a super market, living with my girlfriend in a little apartment just a few miles away from my job.  I've been playing the zombie series longer than I can even remember. Fun fact, is that I actually hate the CoD series, but I'm an absolute diehard for the zombie branch in Treyarch CoD titles. Just the arcade-like feel of zombies is what makes me love it so much. It's something that no other zombie game has yet to go for, at least from what I can see. Ever since Black Ops II hit the market, I immediately purchased it for zombies. I loved every map from Black Ops II zombies when I played them all. It wasn't until a bit later after Black Ops II, that a friend of mine wanted to hit the roots on PC and play World at War. That being quite possibly my only favorite CoD game (in general) and feeling nostalgic, we played all four maps again, until he came across custom zombie maps. Once he told me about them, I couldn't help but wonder how many custom zombie maps existed, and then I end up seeing a plethora of them through numerous site via Google.

Why I became a part of UGX:
To be quite honest, I think UGX-Mods is the greatest zombie hacking community out there. So many professionals who actually know how to make "quality" maps unlike most communities. I really love the maps that are so well detailed, that it's almost believable to be made by Treyarch themselves. I've had my eye on Nuketown 1986, Kino: The Rebirth, and just so many others that I'm completely excited for. I'm very picky with what custom maps I play. I love the ones that have a lot of potential and a significant amount of detail. I'm not the one to play shitty half-assed maps that didn't even have enough time put into them.

What I'd like to do for/in the community:
As for myself with custom maps. After seeing all of the polished maps on this site, I've been motivated to make custom maps of my own. One of my most desired maps is definitely "Terminal" from MW2. I've always wanted to make it into a zombies map and feature the S.A.S. as the role-playing characters. I've actually been so crazy about Terminal becoming a zombies map that I'm actually willing to give somebody $50 to make an amazing Terminal zombies map with the S.A.S. as the characters. xD (I'm not even joking)

To wrap things up:
I'm really glad I found this community and I am eager to meet a lot of you. I am looking to make friends, not enemies. I'm glad to have joined the UGX family.

P.S. Feel free to add me via steam. (:
