Everytime I want to drag a tanim it gives my an error and if I want to load the tanim plugin manually it gives me that error "Error: line 1 The given module was not found.(Tom_xAnim_2016_64)"

u haven't dragged in toms plugin in to your maya plugins folder
The plugin Tom_xAnim_2016_64.mll is in my plugin folder
