I have recently tried to add Black Ops perks into my map. I did everything according to the tutorial, but I have one small problem. Every time I'm trying to run my map I'm getting this error:



It's kind of hard for me to belive that my computer wouldn't be able to handle 4 more perks...
By deleting each file one by one I finally managed to find which one is causing the problem. If i delete the 'nazi_zombie_MAPNAME_patch.ff that i got from downloading the files from the tutorial the map works fine except that i'm missing the models of the perk machines and I dont see animations when he is suppoust to drink from the bottle. Instead of it the perk starts working after like half a minute and before it works i cant run or zoom in.

As I said the patch file is making my game crush, if i overwrite it with my own patch file it works 50% of how it's suppoust to. Does anyone know how to fix it? Any help really appreciate, since I'm trying to fix it since yesterday

It says that the images are missing.
Did you make sure that you added all perk-shaders and textures to your yourmodfolder/images folder?

I did notice that and i forgot to mention it. There weren't any images. I didnt have to paste anything into my mod. There were just few files that went into map_source. And two files includeing the patch.ff that i was suppoust to paste into the .../appdata/local/activision/codwaw/mods/MYMOD

Huh, I added the shaders becasue I used custom ones, I wasn't exactly sure if it was necessary anyways.
But still, it seems like you missed some files or put them into the wrong folder.

Well ,there weren't many files that i could have missed, but i pasted them again, compiled  the map and it still doesnt work

Which tutorial did you follow and which files did you use?
I'm just asking because there are different versions of the BO perks and I can't really help if I don' know which ones you use.

I've just found it like few minutes ago. I tried it and compiled the map, but for some reason didnt work for me I think. Just to be sure I'm compiling once again and replaced all the files from that download link instead of just the IWD

As these are the files which were missing I'm pretty sure that's what caused the error.

It seems like he allready updated the IWD file in the latest update, so I just replaced it with the same one and it still doesnt work

Then the best thing should be to PM him directly.
It could be that he messed up the iwds or something.

I'll try doing everything all over again, maybe I did something wrong and the mod just doesnt see the file
