hi I'm not much to do this, but I need help with the camouflage I want to put the weapons I port for cod waw, just who is giving this error, I do not know how to solve, I tried already copy a xmodelparts gun and put the name of camouflage but no use, please help me

My method for Pack-a-Punch camos was making a unique (as in copied, pasted, then edited) xmodel for each PaP gun. Then in Maya, I'd change the material / shader name for the metal / main part. I'd then create a new material in asset manager that corresponded to the name I'd set in Maya. Hope this helps. I can post more detailed instructions with pictures, if you'd like.

Honestly for cos 4 weapons you don't even need to convert. I just use Tom's cod 4 xmodel mover. Converting seems to lead to problems with scope lenses, etc. This way all you have to do is copy the gun world model and view model to desktop..add _upgraded to the end of the names and open them in notepad ++. Then just double click the material names listed in the files to highlight them. ERASE JUST THE MATERIAL NAMES AND NOTHING ELSE. Then type mtl_silver_etching. Save and close. Then open up the upgraded weapon file in ugx weapon editor, go to models tab and add_upgraded at the end of the value. There, your done. Should have working pap camos.
