I  have had an issue with MW2 or MW3 guns that I port where the gun will literally be in the players face when I go ingame. The animations looked fine in maya:


But really screwed up ingame:

BTW, the gun does reload and run all its animations. Its just the fact that the gun is in my face.

Yeah, the anims are there, they all work but the gun is just misplaced. I can reload, sprint, pullout and putaway, and idle.
And on export I select tags tag_ads through tag_cambone and select hierarchy

lemon doesnt give xanims, it gives tanims. the only games that dont need conversion are bo1 and cod4 (but you still have to change 1 thing in those files... if i remember correct).

Lemon now gives xanims. I used them for my bo2 weapons pack.
I was wondering about that, but I couldnt find the link to it on his website.
