umm i put a cz75 in my map and i sorta wanted to make it to where when you pap it it does what it does in BO
any suggestions?

What exactly do you mean? having pap camos? or just having it be able to go into the pack a punch and come out a new weapon. If you want it just to function make a new weapon that has an "_upgraded" suffix at the end which then the pap script will recognize it as a paped version of the original CZ. If you want the camos apply the "mtl_silver_etching" material to the weapon in maya then export it as the upgraded model version ex. "viewmodel_cz75_upgraded" You can also apply any texture you want to the upgraded one. The silver etching is just the one that treyarch used.

is there a way to make it dual wield like it does in blackops 1? if so do i need Maya ? and if i need Maya is there a free version of it that's not illegal like a version that doesn't have everything but has things i can work with. and if not then how much is maya?

You cannot get maya 8.5 anymore unless you can buy a serial key from somewhere idk. If you cannot do that use blender. True duel wielding is not possible as the engine capabilities were not added until MW2.

No, it will be the exact same thing as the original. Things like damage, sound, fx, model, animations for the upgraded version must be changed in the upgraded weapon file.

Look in other upgraded gun weapon files within your mod to find potential sounds/FX to use.

I haven't used blender much. You will have to investigate applying materials to meshes within blender.  To open a gun model save it from wherever you are exporting it from as a file format that blender can recognize then import it within blender.
