Lsat anim problem?

I ported the LSAT from bo2, and followed this tutorial (youtube.com/watch?v=5G3hIzEMnN4) to convert the .tanim. I did this 100 times and still looks like this, how can I fix it?

No need for Maya work or messing with .tanims if you're porting to CoD 4, WAW or BO1, just use newer version of Lemon which can export direct xanims:

For Black Ops use his xanim tool to convert CoD 4/5 anims to BO1.

EDIT: corrected myself, said Lime instead of Lemon, kek.
