So i just downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 7 and the only problem i have had so far is that Aidan's 2012 Maya plugins (xmodel ones) crash when i try to use them

Anyone know how i can fix this problem :(

Try set a proper file destination path. Maya 12 doesn't have a path ready, so you have to set one. If you don't you get that error. I hope I helped. (At least that's when i got that error.)

The model i was using must have been corrupted cause another model worked fine
