hi there, i'm trying to make a custom perk bottle. and i exported the jug bottle
i opened it in blender and then added my custom textures. dds
but the top is fine and logo is good. only the bottle turns grey?

can someone help me? i thing it has something to do with the transparency in photoshop?\

Did you modify the alpha channel on the texture? Did you change the model in anyway?

I don't really know enough about blender to help with that. It likely wouldn't have anything to do with blender though. You don't even need to open the bottle in blender.

Export the .xmodel_export and then edit the colormap in photoshop. Once you've done that create a new material using the new color map and create an xmodel entry in asset manager. Use the skin override box in the xmodel entry to add your new material. For example if you used the jugg bottle you would add: "mtl_zombie_perk bottle_jugg_in *MY_NEW_MATERIAL*". Same goes for the other material used on the perk bottle.

use tom xmodel utils and export the model to .ma and then make the export file in maya or just export xe xP

Bad? Just use the one toms xmodel utils gives you, it will work fine.
