so i made a custom anim for the kf5 from AW but when i convert the anim in asset manager with "relative" option selected the anim file dont contain more that 20 characters but when i convert it with "absolute" it exports joints that are unknown suck as these:

ringpalm_fk_le
ringpalm_sdk_le
ringpalm_fk_ri
ringpalm_sdk_ri

when i check exactly what these are in maya it by selecting it in the outliner it shows nor does it select anything the weapon in game is a lot higher and the hand is away from the weapon in-game could these joints be causeing this or am i exporting it all wrong? i followed both rollonmath's and elfen's tutorials and got same results both times


EDIT!!!
after going into wireframe view them joints are used but still leaves me with the same error
