Dont mind the black remington its not the problem

Your ads most likely doesn't work which is why the weapon is so forward, the animation times in cod are playing differently then maya, The FOV is also much different so the desired effect must be exaggerated in maya.

Animating isn't easy, expect that this is going to happen as I know it all too well. You get a really good anim in maya but it doesn't look very good in game. Tweak the animations and reference existing ones to try and get the desired effect.

Fix your state timers in the weaponFile. The fireTime and reloadTime are way too long, that's at least part of the problem.

They definitely are in the video.... just saying your anims are plaing for 2 to 3 times longer than they should which is part of the reason they look "derp". The other part of the problem is what Saje said above.
