Does anybody know how i can get the flogger spinning trap from shi no numa to work, when i place it, it has a hand icon on the red mechanism but nothing happens

is this a custom map for waw

hey man i did everything right it shoots and kills zombies (barley)
but thers no purple slick on ground and zombies aint sliding can you help?
