Considering I've already released a grand total of 4 versions of Bar, I'm not sure it would be a great idea to release a fifth. :P In fact I'd rather focus on Infection Ward and other future projects rather than revisit this map again and again.

Use some stock worldspawn settings from another map if you've messed up the lighting in your own, then just make minor tweaks here and there to change the appearance. The weird lighting "spotlight" effects are usually caused by a lack of ambient lighting and/or direct sunlight so try adjusting those values a bit until the lights go away. Also ensure your lightgrid is properly set up as well as reflection probes in all the right places.

I hate how you are more or less forced to no scope with snipers because of that awful ballbag bubble. I am suprised that this map made it to map managed since it's a box map.

ballbags 3 is a masterpiece which must be cherished and preserved for future generations

A challenging map to say the least ;) Even round 18 was a struggle, sadly a boss zombie pushed me out of the tree house.



The map is full of some epic wins and is definitely worth a go :D

Added some more detail, played with the lighting and now I can show part of the corridors - there will be quite a few areas like this which will lead to rooms like surgeries, and patient rooms. As well as elevators, stairwells and an underground area of course ;)

Right now there isn't a set release date for the 1.1 update to the UGX Mod, but it's being worked on and hopefully in the near future a release date will become easier to predict for the silly sausages who are working on it :)

Even more tweaking and experimenting with the .vision file, worldspawn and fog settings and this is now where I'm at for the map's lighting appearance. You might also notice some additional corridor sections coming from the newly added doors in the reception room :)

Over the past few days I've made less progress than I'd hoped for, but I did manage to make a new custom texture which now hangs above this doorway into the hospital:



This will lead to corridors, patient rooms etc, but won't be the only way into the hospital. As you can probably tell by the crappy lighting, it's a Radiant screenshot. :P
