I fixed it, it was due to a misspell that wasn't even caused by me, I got the spawn from a prefab and it spelled "initial" wrong... I've spent a week trying to figure this out just to find out it was spelled incorrectly.

So, I recently got into map making, and making my first map, I've got most things down like adding weapons, getting rid of certain features like dogs, and etc...
The only problem I've been having so far other than getting used to radiant (I'm more used to Hammer++ for Source Engine...
