I am trying to download this map but am unable to extract the d3d9.dll file from the T4M r42.1 [Release] RAR file and place the d3d9.dll file in my root directory. If someone could please help me or make a video showing how to do it that would be wonderful.  Thanks!

I would definitely add more guns instead because it doesn't matter what the  bottle looks like because you only see each one for like five seconds anyway. It looks fantastic!
