When I launch the program it says connection issue and says it might be the firewall but I turned it off and then put it as a accepted program and it still wont work.

When I launch the UGX map manager it says connection issue saying that it might be the firewall but I disabled it and it still wont work. I am using a Ethernet connection if that affects anything.
