Map Link isnt working for me

I know that this T4M requires LanFixed.exe or steam, But I cannot afford steam and I only have my CD Version. Is it possible to use Lanfixed without tungle when playing with friends?

I downloaded V1.2 and my game has a really glitched texture, I thought it was the Mauser, but I somehow found my way to the M14 and the texture was still broken.
