Ok so I've figured it out all i had to do was uninstall everything and re install it and it all seems to be working fine. If you're having the same problem as me or a similar problem you most likely you have to reinstall everything and start over.

So I've downloaded the mod tools and in the Launcher.exe I converted everything and once i'm ready to click radiant I get the folder that pops up and wants me to click the codwaw.prj file and when I click the file it loads for a second and also shows me its loading in my processes but then...
