Anyone on here know if there is a way to make a model spawn into the map when the player buys a door?

So I got a cool idea for this map I'm making, just a question is, does anyone know how to make a Shadows Of Evil style Portal? I really hope so.

So im new to UGX and the Standalone mod, I have installed and done all of the steps according to the UGX Wiki tutorial. And CODWAW starts up, and when i go to boot the map and click "Singleplayer" nothing happens. Any thoughts on this.
