If you have perk jingles downloaded and in the use go to Call of Duty Black Ops III\sound_assets\zombie\perks\perkacola and change the "deny" sound. Check YT if you don´t have perk jingles installed.

I deleted my harry boy´s teleporter and easter egg song referense off my #using list and it started working. Well now i just need to wait for new teleport script or way to fix it.
