Found the fix myself, somethings wrong with the german version of the game with leads T4M to NOT install correctly within gamelaunch.
However, using the LanFixed.exe works for the german steam version. Dont ask me why lol

T4M doesnt seem to work for me, I still cannot play maps, it gives me the Exceeded limit of 1600 'sound assets' error
Can someone help?
