Turn your textures down from extra to high in texture settings that worked for me & my friend some maps have that problem

When I go in game my custom playermodel from maya just stays in the t pose it doesn't show any walk animation or any animations & I have messed with the skeleton on maya & made it to where it can twist in those directions for those animation but still nothing any help would be appreciat...
