so i followed this tut to add rain to my map and it is work perfectly

1) In some places the rain looks like Continues to go down to the bottom



2) I can see some prefabs underground

Theres your problem. In soundalias, its ambience, but folder name is ambiance
Edit: Also make the folder ambiance in raw/sounds/, but not the sound

this tut is just a piece of shit  it is definitely not work

Check for typos and soundfile. Soundfile needs to be .wav, Hz should be 44100 and should be unsigned 8bit

This is error you dont need to worry about. Building sounds always tells that. Have you added missingassets.csv and mod.csv as soundaliases in mod? Since they are not soundaliases :poker:

dude i think if you see everything that's will be better

so this my sound and you can see it is 44100HZ and 32-bit float


and saved it


and put the sound in C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\sound_assets\Raw\sound


and this is the ambiance.csv file and i put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\raw\soundaliases


and put the sound in C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\mods\nazi_zombie_death_forest\sound


and put (sound,ambiance,,all_sp) in my mod.csv then Tick the Sound File on the right in the File List


bulided the mod and got the same error again :derp:


and there is nothing in C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\raw\sound  :poker:


dude i changed the main menu and the round song and i think if the sound convert perfectly

UPDATED must be 5 or above in the box when you build the mod like that

Did you add the sound in sound_assets/ambience? It needs to be there, then when compiling sound, it gets moved there
Edit: and raw/sounds/ambience folder needs to be done before compiling sounds

The error you getting when compiling is normal. also make sure your sound is 44100hz in audacity

I didnt try this Tutorial. I only know that some friends tried them. Maybe ask on zombiemodding for helps :-\ sry

You mean Amibiance Sounds?

There is a tutorial on UGX from Marsvinking but this tut didnt work.

ok i follow this tut and when I reached this steps :

4. Open the Launcher and go to Mod Builder.

5. Tick Build Sounds and then Tick the Sound File on the right in the File List.

6. Now add sound,ambiance,,all_sp to the mod.csv then click build mod.

7. Your Sound File should now be converted and be located in raw/sounds/ambiance

Ok well I can not find the sound in raw/sound and their is no folder can you please help me

how do i add soundtrack to my map like a music play in background when player enter a certain area (like a buried map when you enter candy shop)

Are you playing a looping fx in a loop? If so you'll exceed the limit and then all fx stops working at some point..

yes I looping fx in a loop  :-\

but it just 42

is this so much ?   ???

and what I should do to fix this problem ?

Well what happened as follows i just added some fx on my map , stuff have changed and compile and build the mod As usual
so when i played my map all fx Disappeared (weapon fx, perks, zombe riser , monkey bomb, mastry box, etc...)  (i think all fx in dlc3_code.gsc) i didn't do anything or changed thing in dlc3_code.gsc.

hello every one

a problem happened to me when i tried add pap weapons

the weapons not appear when i upgraded it

this error appear when i build the mod

I guess you do not use waw weapons yoo should remove the weapons from dlc3.csv in zone_source file that should fix the problem
