If you are using it in your mods folder then build your mod twice to make sure, after reconfirming everything of course. Personally I keep things in raw/ui, and just rename the files due to this annoying issue.

It only says WARNING: menu file not found: ui/options_game_pc_.menu to me on the console and i have done everything you said.

Starting pistol problem

When I have only my starting pistol and i go to pack-a-punch it and go buy random box my upgraded gun disappears to having only the gun that I got from the box. It happens only with upgraded gun. Help would be appreciated!
