when i place a zombie head model in my map to pose it and try to compile my map it gives this error

Looks interesting so far, are you thinking of teaching the community how to do buildables? And hope to see some screenshots soon of your progress 🙂👍

Rip WaW Decay, but I suppose it's for the best. Will you be putting any custom weaponry in this map, because while I love the default BO3 weapons, I've been using them for almost a year already...
Yes I will be including custom weponry but only ones that will fit the theme, so a few will be custom made. An example is one I'm working on which is a sphere made out of scrap and wires and bones.

This is a revive of my wip map Decay from W@W. Here are a few images, As well as a video covering day threes progress on spawn. Decay is a map set in Russia in the yes 2025 and the world has gone to shit. Gangs and bandits have vandalized the world around them and mother natures disease has caused a huge rapid growth in plantation which is extremely toxic....or did she? There are Easter eggs that will be added as well as a storyline that will carry on into future maps. I will post this map to the steam workshop for early wip gameplay when I feel like it is playable.

i think its a bug with caulking honestly but i dont know what to tell you other than start from scratch until we find a fix

Im trying to make a unique system but first i need to know how to make lights, fx, or anything else appear when the power is turned on

are you caulking the sides of the brush you will never see?

use the fx! it seems like its repeating a bunch but when you deselect it and push the retrigger fxs button it will only show it playing without it playing 50 at once. So use richtofens fog fx or whatever its called and you will see what im talking about. *hint* if its too much just stop rendering the fx then render the fx when you placed it where you like.

are you exporting your light? as in when closing radiant it asks for you to export your lighting

How can i change the cost price? I can't select the trigger to change zombie_cost   :(
you need to stamp the prefab, then you can edit the cost

I think i have the same issue. So your brushes,models were randomly disappearing in-game?You created new map. file and that's all?  Will try that. But this issue is appearing third time on my map. So it will definitely appear again. Would like to know the reason of this.
i posted on your post a possible fix because making a new map in general did not work, aka copying what i made to that new map

Last time I somehow fixed it by messing with the skybox. But I did not touched this sicne the last time. I just created outdoor area and brushes/models started to disappear again.
i too have had this problem and i may have figured it out, Q1 what skybox are you using? because when this happened to me I didnt use the zm_factory skybox. But when i made a new map and used the factory box for a night time scene i never ran into it again

I have done hundreds of test but i just moved on with a different map file, it may have been caused by not caulking the brushes properly, idk. Either way i have not seen this error again yet
