Also I have tested some things and realized that if you do some steps wrong, the gun that you want to delete will turn into the default weapon. So in conclusion have another save of the map before you mess with anything inside of the file because losing a good map is horrible.

Using WinRAR I could remove the hacker device because of glitches. all I actually had to do was open certain files and delete anything related to the hacker device. I'm sure if you know how to use WinRAR correctly you can take the guns out without all the hassle of other apps.
