Whoops forgot to say that turning texture quality to manual fixed the weird C96 textures. So like Sylvacre said mess with texture settings and turn off spec maps.

So did anyone figure out why you crash after launching? I've done T4M correctly I assume, I copied the files needed to the right places. But whenever I launch this map my game crashes and fucks my computer, as in my mouse cursor is gone and unresponsive when on desktop. Like if I ctrl-alt-del I...
