Whenever I create my map, and install it, then run the map in game. It gives  me a black screen and nothing works

how do I do that?

Hi I'm pretty new at this so if the answer is obvious i'm sorry.
 
Whenever I try to press run game I get the error below.
FAILED TO EXECUTE: ../CoDWaW +set fs_game mods/nazi_zombie_db   

I am running the launcher as admin so that can't be it.
