is it just me or are the effects a little weird were the bullet hole is zfighting or just not showing at all

Ive already figured out how to have lights turn on with power but now im trying to figure out how to have the glow effect go along with it

i am making an underground area and the fog is pretty intense there. was wondering if there is a way to remove the fog from that area
