Well i don't know what to suggest about the manager, but i think i can help you get the map working the normal way. What map are you trying to play?

Hmm... I don't know then. Are you trying to launch the maps from the mananger or in-game?
The manager, and the only reason i am trying from the manager is that i can't load one of the maps i have....

I had a similar error awhile ago, and I fix it by deleting Steams cache file and restarting steam. I'm not sure which file it is, but if you search it on google or YouTube you'l find out.
