When I was playing radiant, the lighting states were gone.
Can you display lighting states on the camera? :(

F9 is the toggle for game view which you have it on in the screen shot. Use F6 F7 & F8 to switch between light preview modes. The lighting state is selected by the bulb icon, which you don't have toggled. Short answer: Hit View>View Toolbar>CameraView to toggle the lighting state icon in your camera preview window.
