All of the sudden in Radiant my manipulation handles are gone (those little arrows and boxes for scaling/moving). Before you ask, yes they are enabled, both in preferences and in the quick access bar in the camera view. disabling then re enabling don't seem to help, and I haven't the slightest why the disappeared? Any suggestions would be great as I'm kinda at a loss.

I now have reset all preferences, 'Nuked Registry" and reloaded default settings, to no avail. I can't seem to fix this unfortunately. I wouldn't care except for the fact you need them to scale the volume decals, and am trying to add detail to my map. If anyone has any ideas, please post them, Thanks.

It is a toggle setting located on one of the toolbars at the top. I'm not at my pc now so idk where it is exactly but I know it's there. The tool bar itself may be hidden so you may need to look around a little and try enabling different tool bars under the  view" drop-down menu.

That's the toggle, enabling/disabling it doesn't do anything at all.
