I've tried adding reflection probes, I have them perfectly set in the rooms. I don't want bright lights in my room as it will ruin the theme, and on the top of my walls I have a thin strip of light that appears when you get close to the wall, but when you move away it goes away. and on the bottom of the wall, a thin strip of light from the bottom floor appears. The shadowmap option on the light is disabled. I've tried the shadow caulk method, but this only works for the downstairs section.

Make sure you have a probe inside that room covering everywhere, I always have bleeding but it seems to fix with a probe, if not that then normally shadow caulk works for me at least.
