For some reason, while in Radiant everything looks fine; but all of the brushes are invisible when in-game. I've already made sure that no assets were hidden within Radiant. It's only been a problem for a while now, it was perfectly fine just a couple of hours ago.

Make your skybox hollow. Your skybox is most likely touching the brushes.
