Zombies will not move from spawn points

So I've been following GAM3VIDZ tutorials on map making im at the point where zombies are placed outside the smaller room (but still on the map in the larger room of course) they spawn in fine,however i can't seem to get them to come break down windows let alone move from their spawn locations,I've check my path nodes,none touching,none are clipping through the map,zombies are not clipping through the map,nodes aren't touching zombie spawners,I've even tried removing the window traverse to see if they'd even move,nothing,I've placed path nodes inside the map,moved a zombie into the inner start room,they still will not move,any idea's? I'll show pictures in a following post here when i get back home of all my key's and values,etc.

Edit:fooled with it for hours last night,even tried placing path nodes further apart and also closer to one another and even closer to zombie spawns,still they wouldn't move
Edit2: i've moved them to the spawn room,still won't move,raised path nodes 2 blocks (on 8 grid) above ground) still nothing,also tried removing the windows,still nothing
they just sit there and look stupid then die off

so just for the record i'd prefer not to have risers,i read about the find_flesh thing,tried inside and outside of windowed area's...it works...kinda...but they're shooting me with kar98k's...not what i want

Hey, I ran into this problem awhile ago. It really sucks but isn't impossible. So if the zombies are spawning but not moving you don't want to move them into the start room or anything, just keep them behind barracades, it's important they have a barricade to jump through to get into the map if you're not making them risers. As for your problem, if you've made sure you have a good amount of pathnodes in the barrier area leading to the barrier you want them to jump through, the chances are your room is too small. At least, that's what it was for me. A lot of people attribute it to an issue with the placement of your nodes but it can also be them getting stuck on each other, since more than one zombie can spawn in a barrier if there's not enough room for them to push around each other they can get stuck indefinitely. So try making sure that the rooms are large too, and that your pathnodes are about zombie-chest height when they spawn in, that's what works for me. If that doesn't work though I'm not entirely sure, let me know how it goes and I'll see if I can find anything.
