Script Runtime Error

I keep getting this error:
script runtime error
assert fail: zone_init: No volumes found for zone: start_zone....
I clearly have a volume set, did I do something wrong with the coding or kvps? Please Help Me!

If I do happen to get the map working. It is the older version of the map and it does not have all the stuff I added even though Radiant has it.
