hey, i cant move in my 3d view in radiant or draw boxes in 2d or move in 2d, but i can right click and navigate menus
im assuming it a setting i have accidentally enabled/disabled but i checked preferences and everything was fine, and i can see any of the tools could be causing it

fixed: was a problem with mouse driver that messed up windows cursors so i had to resart the pc with a different mouse plugged in else the same thing would have happened
