i keep getting this error in launcher

-nopause -language english -moddir hotrod hotrod

( anyone know how to fix this, i get this on every map i compile)

It just means you have too much going on on your computer for it to compile. I get this all the time. You just need to open up task manager and close up some processes you aren't using.
