Yeah you can do its with Maya but i think its too difficult. The custom model we made are we making in Google Sketchup xD

Yeah we made it in Google Sketchup you can try to make in 3ds Max or Blender. Only try

Shouldn't be too hard on BLENDER but MAYA will give you a headache.
Although what I think you should do is use GOOGLE SKETCHUP by first laying out what you'd want it to look like and how then just transfer that onto BLENDER.

Easier said then done infact you won't be able to transfer it without converting it which I'm not even sure what you use to do that. Maybe remodel it in BLENDER.

Then use the tools for COD WAW. Which you also must install into BLENDER and those can be found on some site I think maybe this one as well. (Google It)

Long ass process LOL

I'd recommend just grabbing a statue model from a different game. Or use WAW's.

Easiest Path: WAW Statue

Try to export a model from Google Sketchup like your statues. I try to export some knife and all i can say is: It works
