V1.1:
- added overlook expanded, a new version of overlook that has new areas, bo1 perks, and an ee to get a free waffe
- added some more weapons and removed weapons from the box to make it not so inflated with weapons
- added portals to the map for better optimization (I really doubt it'll make a difference, I just wanted to try portaling a map)
