BO3 Mod Tool Launcher/Radiant Error

Hi,
I recently installed BO3 Mod Tool and I keep receiving this error saying I am missing the msvcr110.dll file. I then downloaded msvcr110.dll and placed it in my sysWOW64 folder. I restarted my pc and then got another after trying to launch Radiant saying "the application was unable to start correctly 0x00007b". I was wondering if I had to place the msvcr110.dll file elsewhere in order to not receive any errors. Any suggestions?
