Just installed BO3 and the Mod Tools for it. When I'm trying to launch the Mod Tools, a very fast screen of CMD pop ups and instantly goes away. Mod Launcher from Black Ops 3\Bin\.. does start seperatly, Radiant does not. I already have 100+ hours for the Mod Tools and it did work perfectly before.


Things I've tried:

- Verify Game Cache

- Reinstall BO3 + Mod Tools

- Restart pc after installing

Any ideas?

This can be closed. 


Apparently after the BO3 Mod Tools installation (or before) it created a Autorun key in the Registry which made CMD not start up at all. CMD tried to open a sort of command which didn't work, so it closes itself off again. I removed that Autorun key from the Registry and it instantly worked.
