Help! Whenever I try to run the UGX christmas map it crashes and says "Unhandled exception caught"
How do I fix this?

Let me reply and add more information.
I'm using the UGX map manager.exe to install the map, ive installed all UGX maps, but ive only tested christmas (Saw the video, and loved the map) Ive tried reinstalling it 2 times, ive tried using a different server while downloading it. Nothing works. please, help.
