UGX Script Placer with Standalone V1.1 in it?

Does this exist? I've tried following this instructions at https://confluence.ugx-mods.com/display/UGXMODS/UGX+Mod+Standalone+v1.1+Installation+Guide but when I download the UGX Mod Helper, Its only UGX Standalone V1.0.4 . I tried doing the manual installation but I dont have a mapname.ui file too edit. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

I got the mapname.ui and whatnot working now, but when I try to build the MOD, I get:
I downloaded the file the manual installation guide told me to, because the Mod Helper only installs v1.0.4 for me.

I've messed with it more now, I've come to the conclusion that the download is missing some files. I've downloaded it multiple times on different computers even and its still missing all the image files.
Also, If I try to load the game up, It says im missing something for the invite screen with UGX, another iwi missing.
