My buddy has been trying to download the UGX map manager but every time he opens it it says it cant connect to the internet. He has Norton and he's tried disabling it and trusting the UGX program but still no luck . He's already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still nothing has worked.

I am having the same issue I let the program through my firewall and it still tells me that to check to see if the website is up.
