)You need to put the alias names twice in your weapon file, like this
fly_mag_out_ass fly_mag_out_ass
fly_mag_in_ass fly_mag_in_ass
etc. With the first one matching the name of the notetrack in the anim (I'm assuming it's the same name?)
Also why are you putting all that crap in your mod.csv? Just put the name of the soundalias file like this;
sound,m1216,,all_mp (with m1216 being the name of the soundalias file, you don't put the individual sounds in there)
Lastly you don't need to build sfx sounds, they should work fine if they are the correct format, building sounds if for music and stuff like that.
