I downloaded this and have also tried to use it before to only be met with the same problem, that it says it "could not connect to the internet." So to list what I've done already to try and alleviate the problem, I've added an exception for the file in both Avast and my Firewall, I've turned my Firewall off just to make sure, and I've also turned my Avast off just to be sure as well. Nothing, nada, not a single fix. So now I turn to you, forums, as your my only hope on this matter, as I can't seem to find any posts either with any fixes thus far.
